Hi, I’m Kim (she/her), a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor.

As a dedicated Humanistic Counsellor, I’m here to help you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. With a deep passion for providing support, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions.

My background includes working with cancer patients and their families at a cancer support centre, as well as supporting those in a suicide bereavement group. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and neurodiverse clients, which has broadened my understanding of diverse perspectives and experiences. These experiences have given me a unique insight into the emotional rollercoaster that life can be.

I’ve been seeing Kim for 5 months now and I can honestly say I’m in such a better place for it, I’ve tried other types of therapy in the past (CBT etc.) with varied results, but Kim’s style of talking therapy has really helped me reach my own conclusions and further strive for better mental health.

Working with Kim for the past 8 months has been an incredibly eye-opening and valuable experience. I started counselling sessions with Kim during a very tumultuous transition period in my life, and she helped me build myself back up through it and find the best in myself. Throughout it, she has been overwhelmingly kind, approachable and open-minded during our sessions. I am extremely grateful to Kim for her support through this journey, and cannot overstate how much of an absolute pleasure it has been to work with her. Thank you Kim!
